Founder: Maria Palha
Holds a Psychology degree from ISPA since 2005. She specialized in Arts Therapy, Theater of the Oppressed at Centro Augusto Boal in Rio de Janeiro, and Social Entrepreneurship from IES / INSEAD. Since 2006 he has traveled the world to design and implement mental health programs in various humanitarian crisis contexts with health organizations and Médecins Sans Frontières. Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Libya, Syria, Ukraine and South Sudan, Cambodia, India, Brazil or Turkey, Sierra Leone or Colombia, were some of the places where it has already acted (www.mariapalha.com) Author of the book “An Emotional firs aid Box”. Headquartered in Portugal, leaves on humanitarian missions annually, provides consultancy services to Social Innovation projects (to public or private entities) and provides psychological support to the population.
Designer: Constança Mascarenhas
Graduated in Industrial Design from IADE since 2005, in 2007 she completes InovJovem in Management of Multimedia Projects, since then, she starts to follow the path of Graphic Design to the present day. She has specialized in several tools in this field and in 2018 concludes the Academy of Advertising Creativity where she works as an art director. At the moment she works in a group that includes several brands in the Professional Training within the Information Technologies and she is design department responsable, developing the graphic image of the company, responds to its needs and is a trainer within its technical area. She is usually involved as freelance in the development of various graphic projects such as BeHuman
Sound Designer: Rudolfo Cardoso
Musician Sound designer, audio technician and Disc Jockey, graduated in Audio by the Technical School of Image and Communication – ETIC, Portugal. Working since 2004 as an audio technician, music producer, television and cinema.
