Education is the sustainable solution to all problems and in what concerns sexuality and sexual life it’s the base to end up with limiting beliefs about pleasure, intimacy, sexual expression or sexualization. Sex is often seen as a synonym for LOSS “losing virginity, purity or dignity”, FOR OTHERS and therefore “Masturbation is something wrong, unfair or even dirty” and a sign of SHAME which is why so many people struggle alone with conflicts and prejudices with different sexual orientations, sexual identifications and even sexual pleasures. In this Live we talk about desire, pleasure and sexual energies. We know that having sexual health begins in the intimacy of the couple and that it begins, not in the genitals, but in sharing, communication and security.
